Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All items at WhisperWillow Studios are made to order and printed specifically for you after purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right - your satisfaction is our top priority. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- Product size and specifications
- Image crop previews (see listing images for how designs will appear at different sizes)
- Color selections
- Shipping address
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a return is approved at our discretion:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition
